间歇充气加压装置应用于全髋关节置换术后患者的效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Intermittent Pneumatic Compression Device Applied to Patients After Total Hip Arthroplasty

目的探讨间歇充气加压装置(IPCD)应用于全髋关节置换术(THA)术后患者的效果。方法方便选取该院2018年7月—2020年9月期间73例THA患者按照计算机分组法分为对照组36例,给予常规干预,观察组37例在对照组基础上给予间歇充气加压装置干预,观察两组凝血功能、关节功能和生活质量。结果干预后,观察组凝血酶原时间(PT)(12.93±1.02)s和活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)(34.39±1.23)s水平均长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.670、3.898,P<0.05),且D-二聚体(D-D)(5.26±1.23)μg/mL和纤维蛋白原(FIB)(2.00±0.61)g/L水平均低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-5.596、-3.055,P<0.05);观察组运动(30.72±1.73)分、功能性活动(10.91±1.47)分、髋关节活动度(3.91±0.23)分以及疼痛评分(39.82±2.47)分均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=7.308、4.524、5.834、7.994,P<0.05);观察组生理机能(83.43±6.37)分以及情感职能评分(85.66±5.04)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IPCD应用于THA术后患者可改善凝血功能和生活质量,提高关节功能。

Objective To explore the effect of intermittent pneumatic compression device(IPCD)applied to patients after total hip replacement(THA).Methods From July 2018 to September 2020 in the hospital,conveniently selected 73 THA patients were divided into 36 cases in the control group according to the computerized grouping method,and were given routine intervention.37 cases in the observation group were given intermittent inflatable compression device intervention on the basis of the control group.Observe the coagulation function,joint function and quality of life in the two groups.Results After the intervention,the prothrombin time(PT)(12.93±1.02)s and activated partial prothrombin time(APTT)(34.39±1.23)s of the observation group were longer than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=2.670,3.898,P<0.05).And D-dimer(D-D)(5.26±1.23)μg/mL and fibrinogen(FIB)(2.00±0.61)g/L levels were lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=-5.596,-3.055,P<0.05).The observation group's sports(30.72±1.73)points,functional activities(10.91±1.47)points,hip joint range of motion(3.91±0.23)points,and pain scores(39.82±2.47)points were all higher than those of the control group.Compared between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.308,4.524,5.834,7.994,P<0.05).The scores of physiological function(83.43±6.37)points and emotional function score(85.66±5.04)points of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion IPCD applied to patients after THA can improve coagulation function and quality of life,and improve joint function.
