优质护理干预对肺结核大咯血患者临床效果及依从性分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect and Compliance of High-quality Nursing Intervention on Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis and Massive Hemoptysis

目的分析优质护理干预对肺结核大咯血患者临床效果及依从性情况。方法回顾性选取2019年3月—2020年3月该院收治的肺结核大咯血100例患者临床资料,按随机数表分为两组,对照组50例采用常规护理,研究组50例使用优质护理干预,对两组临床效果、依从性、满意度及生活质量进行比较。结果研究组临床总有效92.00%比对照组高,比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.762,P<0.05);研究组临床依从性90.00%高于对照组,比较差异有统计意义(χ^(2)=4.336,P<0.05);研究组临床满意度94.00%高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05);护理后,研究组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床将优质护理干预应用于肺结核大咯血患者中,能提高患者临床效果及依从性,还能改善其生活质量,临床上值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and compliance of high-quality nursing intervention on patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and massive hemoptysis.Methods Retrospectively selected the clinical data of 100 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and massive hemoptysis admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020,and divided them into two groups according to the random number table.50 cases in the control group used conventional nursing care,and 50 cases in the study group used high-quality nursing intervention.The clinical effects,compliance,satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical efficacy of the study group was 92.00%higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.762,P<0.05),and the clinical compliance of the study group was 90.00%higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.336,P<0.05).The clinical satisfaction of study group was 94.00%higher than that of control group 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of high-quality nursing interventions in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and massive hemoptysis can improve the clinical effect and compliance of patients,and also improve their quality of life.It is clinically worthy of promotion and use.
