The Value,Core Dimensions and Implementation Paths of Shaping Young Students’ Labor Spirit

新时代青年学生劳动精神塑造具有传承民族文化典范、满足素质教育需求和优化劳动关系构建等价值。文章从意识、物质、理论与实践等方面构建青年学生劳动精神塑造的四重维度,并立足于家庭熏陶的基础作用、学校培养的主导作用、社会孕育的支持作用、企业辅助的主体作用和自我修养的本体功能等方面,提出新时代青年学生劳动精神塑造的具体路径。

The shaping of young students’ labor spirit in the new era has the value of inheriting national cultural models,meeting the needs of quality education and optimizing the construction of labor relations.Based on this,this paper constructs the four dimensions to shape young students’ labor spirit from four aspects of consciousness,material,theory and practice and keeps a foothold in the basic role of family nurturing,the leading role of school training,the supporting role of social breeding,the main role of enterprise assistance and the ontological function of self-cultivation and finally puts forward the concrete paths for the shaping of young students’ labor spirit in the new era.
