职业院校全面开展劳动教育的价值、问题与对策

The Value,Problems and Countermeasures of Comprehensive Labor Education in Vocational Colleges

新时代,职业院校全面开展劳动教育有助于落实立德树人根本任务,营造劳动光荣的社会风尚,培育学生的职业素养和工匠精神。目前,职业院校在开展劳动教育过程中,主要存在以下问题:学生劳动意识淡薄;课程内容体系与劳动教育要求不匹配;学校缺乏开展劳动教育的载体;劳动教育常态化的制度机制建设滞后。基于此,职业院校要从观念层面上加强思想建设,帮助学生树立正确的劳动价值观;深化课程改革,建立与劳动教育深度融合的课程体系;加强学校建设,丰富劳动教育的载体;创新育人机制,创设长期化、常态化的劳动教育教学制度。

The comprehensive development of labor education in vocational colleges in the new era is conducive to fulfilling the fundamental tasks of strengthening morality education,creating a social custom which takes pride in labor,and cultivating students’ occupational accomplishment and craftsmanship spirit.In the process of labor education in vocational colleges at this stage,there are confusions:students are weak in labor awareness;curriculum content system does not match with labor education requirements;schools lack the carrier of launching labor education;the construction of institutional mechanism for the normalization of labor education is lagging behind.Based on this,vocational colleges should strengthen ideological construction to help students establish correct conception of labor value;deepen curriculum reform and establish a curriculum system which is deeply integrated with labor education;strengthen school construction and enrich the carrier of launching labor education;innovate the education mechanism and create a long-term,normalized labor education teaching system.
