摘要
为解决成庄矿大采高顺槽巷道支护工作量大、成巷速度慢的问题,以43223巷为背景,采用FLAC数值模拟软件对不同锚杆、锚索支护密度下的支护效果进行分析,得到低支护密度下的合理锚杆、锚索排距。通过井下现场试验可知,采用低密度高强度支护设计后,巷道变形量很小,在满足巷道安全使用的同时减少了支护工作量,提高了成巷速度和效率。
In order to solve the problem of large support workload and slow speed of roadway formation of roadway with large mining height in Chengzhuang Coal Mine,taking the 43223 roadway as the background,the support effect under different bolt and anchor cable support density is analyzed by FLAC numerical simulation software,the reasonable bolt and anchor cable row distance under low support density is obtained.Through the underground field test,it is known that after adopting the low-density and high-strength support design,the deformation of the roadway is very small,which not only meets the safe use of the roadway,but also reduces the supporting workload and improves the speed and efficiency of roadway formation.
