注浆加固支护在破碎带及软弱岩层中的支护实践 被引量:2

摘要 传统的构造破碎带及软弱岩层支护工艺工序复杂,支护成本高,支护效果不理想。通过采用经验公式等选取构造破碎带及软弱岩层巷道注浆相关参数,再根据围岩性质和节理裂隙发育程度对注浆参数进行调整和改进。实践证明,合理的注浆加固支护技术对构造破碎带及软弱岩层巷道的自承能力改善明显,巷道的支护效果良好。 The traditional support process of structural broken zone and weak strata is complex,the support cost is high,and the support effect is not ideal.The relevant grouting parameters of structural broken zone and weak rock roadway are selected by using empirical formula,then the grouting parameters are adjusted and improved according to the properties of surrounding rock and the development degree of joints and cracks.The practice shows that the reasonable grouting strengthening and supporting technology can obviously improve the self-supporting capacity of the structural broken zone and weak rock stratum roadway,and the supporting effect of the roadway is good.
