阳泉五矿15^(#)煤层自燃过程中一氧化碳浓度变化规律研究

摘要 为确定15^(#)煤自然发火指标气体,进而实现煤自然发火动态监控,采用程序升温试验的方法,研究阳泉五矿15^(#)煤层煤自燃过程中一氧化碳浓度变化规律。取5组煤样做程序升温氧化试验,得到了一氧化碳浓度的温升变化规律。研究结果表明:阳泉五矿15^(#)煤层所取煤样自燃氧化的临界温度在90℃,干裂温度在110~130℃;当温度升高至220℃时,一氧化碳浓度进一步升高到13.2‰。 In order to determine the index gas of 15^(#)coal spontaneous combustion and realize the dynamic monitoring of coal spontaneous combustion,the method of programmed heating test was used to study the change law of carbon monoxide concentration during spontaneous combustion of the 15^(#)coal seam in Yangquan No.5 Coal Mine.Five groups of coal samples were taken for temperature programmed oxidation test,and the temperature rise rule of carbon monoxide concentration was obtained.The results show that the critical temperature of spontaneous combustion oxidation of coal samples taken from the 15^(#)coal seam of Yangquan No.5 Coal Mine is 90℃,and the dry cracking temperature is 110-130℃.When the temperature rises to 220℃,the concentration of carbon monoxide further increases to 13.200‰.
