摘要
为控制爆破大块率,针对现场结构面较为发育的实际情况,提出优化爆破参数及起爆网路、更换炸药、缩短孔口封堵长度、深浅孔结合等措施,并通过应用分析各措施带来的大块率控制效果。实践表明:优化后大块率降低1/2,二次破碎情况减少,装车效率及产量提高。
In order to control the large block rate of blasting,aiming at the actual situation of the relatively developed structural plane in the field,some measures are put forward,such as optimizing blasting parameters and initiation network,changing explosives,shortening the sealing length of holes,the combination of deep and shallow holes,and so on.The control effect of large block rate brought by various measures is analyzed through application.The practice shows that after optimization,the block rate is reduced by 1/2,the secondary crushing is reduced,the loading efficiency and output are increased.
