培训者培训模式在神经外科健康教育中的应用研究

Application of train the trainer model in neurosurgery health education

目的探析培训者培训(TTT)模式在神经外科患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年8月在解放军总医院第三医学中心神经外科的48名护理人员及880名住院的患者为研究对象,其中2018年7月至12月对48护理人员采用常规健康教育方式进行培训,并对期间纳入的440例患者(对照组)进行护理干预,将2019年3月至8月对48名护理人员采用TTT模式进行培训,并对期间纳入的440例患者(研究组)进行护理干预。比较培训后科室护理人员的理论知识、操作技能考核成绩和经TTT模式后患者对护理的满意度。结果培训后护理人员理论知识及操作技能考核成绩均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TTT模式有效地提升了神经外科护理人员健康教育的理论水平和实践能力,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of trainer the training(TTT)mode in the health education of neurosurgery patients.Methods From July 2018 to August 2019,48 nursing staff and 880 hospitalized patients in the Department of Neurosurgery,the Third Medical Center of PLA General Hospital were selected as the research objects.From July 2018 to December 2018,48 nursing staff were trained by conventional health education,and during the same period,440 patients(control group)were given nursing.Forty-eight nurses were trained in TTT mode from March to August 2019,and during the same period,440 patients(study group)were given nursing.The theoretical knowledge and operation skill assessment results of nursing staffs in the department after training and patients’satisfaction with nuring after TTT mode were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills of nursing staff after training were higher than those before training,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TTT mode can effectively improve the theoretical level and practical ability of health education of neurosurgical nursing staff,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
