臭氧化0.9%氯化钠溶液治疗兔VX2肿瘤模型有效性和安全性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨臭氧化0.9%氯化钠溶液治疗VX2肿瘤的有效性和安全性。方法构建新西兰大白兔VX2肿瘤模型72只,随机分为4组(各18只)。超声导引下分别予瘤内单次注射0.9%氯化钠溶液(A组)、单次注射臭氧化0.9%氯化钠溶液(B组)、2次注射臭氧化0.9%氯化钠溶液(1次/d,连续2 d,C组),3次注射臭氧化0.9%氯化钠溶液(1次/d,连续3 d,D组),剂量均为2倍肿瘤体积。治疗前、治疗后每间隔4 d检测肿瘤大小及从心脏采血3 mL。计算肿瘤生长率,检测血常规、肝肾功能变化。结果各组肿瘤体积于各时点均不同程度增大,但B、C、D组肿瘤生长率均明显低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且B组最低(效果最佳)。各组各时点间血常规及肝肾功能变化比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论臭氧化0.9%氯化钠溶液瘤内注射可安全有效地抑制肿瘤生长。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of intratumoral injection of ozonated saline in treating rabbit VX2 tumor.Methods A total of 72 New Zealand white rabbit VX2 tumor models were established.The experimental rabbits were randomly divided into four groups with 18 rabbits in each group.Under ultrasound guidance,the experimental rabbits received single intratumoral injection of saline(group A),single intratumoral injection of ozonated saline(group B),two intratumoral injections of ozonated saline(once a day for 2 consecutive days,group C),and three intratumoral injections of ozonated saline(once a day for 3 consecutive days,group D).The injection dose was twice the tumor volume.Tumor size was measured with ultrasonography before the first injection as well as at every 4-day intervals after the first injection,at the same time,blood sapling of 3 ml from the heart was conducted.Tumor growth rate was calculated,and blood routine,liver function and kidney function were tested.Results In each group the tumor volume showed varying degrees of increase at each measurement time point,but the tumor growth rate in group B,group C and group D was remarkably lower than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),moreover,the tumor growth rate in group B was the lowest,indicating that the curative effect of group B was the best.No statistically significant differences in blood routine,liver function and kidney function measured at the same time point existed between each other among the four groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Intratumoral injection of ozonated saline can safely and effectively inhibit VX2 tumor growth in experimental rabbits.
