经皮经肝途径肠道支架植入术治疗恶性输入袢梗阻1例 被引量：1

Successful treatment of malignant afferent loop obstruction with percutaneous transhepatic enteric stent placement:report of one case

摘要 输入袢梗阻(afferent loop obstruction,ALO)是胃肠吻合术后的罕见并发症之一[1]。肿瘤的复发或转移是恶性ALO的常见病因[1-2]。现报道1例恶性ALO患者,行经皮经肝肠道支架植入术治疗,疗效满意。
