Main Factors and the Evaluation Method for Impacting Elevator Passenger Unsafe Act Intention

运用计划行为理论建立了电梯乘客不安全行为结构模型,通过建立模糊综合评价系统模型实现对影响乘客不安全行为意向的主要因素的量化研究,提出了针对乘客不安全行为意向的程度及主要影响因素的评价方法,并设计了调查问卷。

The structure model for unsafe act of elevator passengers is built with the Theory of Planned Behavior.The quantitative research of main factors for impacting passenger unsafe act intention is done through establishing fuzzy comprehesive evaluation system model.The levels for passenger unsafe act intention and the evaluation method of the main influence factors are proposed,and the questionnaires are designed.
