摘要 针对化学合成类制药废水COD_(Cr)浓度高的特点,采用Fenton法对废水进行预处理,考察H_(2)O_(2)投加量、FeSO_(4)投加量、反应时间、pH值对废水COD_(Cr)处理效果的影响。结果表明,反应温度为室温,原水COD_(Cr)质量浓度约为55000 mg/L时,预处理最佳工艺条件为:H_(2)O_(2)投加量为168.70 mL/L,FeSO_(4)投加量为24.88 mg/L,反应时间为30 min,pH值为3,对COD_(Cr)去除率为32.13%~41.70%。该方法对COD_(Cr)去除效果较好,可作为高浓度制药废水预处理工艺。 In view of the fact that chemical synthesis pharmaceutical wastewater contains high concentration of COD_(Cr),Fenton process was used for its pretreatment.The influence of H_(2)O_(2)and FeSO_(4) dosage,reaction time,pH value on the treatment effect were investigated.The results showed that,at room temperature,when the mass concentration of COD_(Cr)was about 55000 mg/L,the optimal process condition for pretreatment was as follows:the dosage of H_(2)O_(2)and FeSO_(4) were 168.70 and 24.88 mg/L respectively,the reaction time was 30 min,the pH value was 3,the removal rate of COD_(Cr)was 32.13%-41.70%.The said process obtains good COD_(Cr)removal effect,which can be used for high concentration pharmaceutical wastewater pretreatment.
