摘要
某电厂采用两级软化-TMF-STRO-DTRO软化浓缩工艺处理脱硫废水,系统设计处理能力为68 t/h。工程运行结果表明,该工艺可将脱硫废水中COD的质量浓度由427 mg/L降至38 mg/L,SO_(4)^(2-)的质量浓度由6580 mg/L降至4.2 mg/L,总硬度由20300 mg/L降至3.0 mg/L,TDS质量浓度由38200 mg/L降至50.2 mg/L,系统除盐率可达99%,产水率可达70%。系统成功试运后一直保持稳定出水,反渗透产水水质满足设计要求,可作为湿法脱硫系统的补充水使用。
A power plant adopts two stage softening-TMF-STRO-DTRO softening concentration process to treat desulfurization wastewater with a design treatment capacity of 68 t/h.The engineering operation results showed that,the said process could decrease mass concentrations of COD,SO_(4)^(2-),total hardness and TDS from 427,6580,20300,38200 to 38,4.2,3.0 and 50.2 mg/L respectively,the desalination rate of the system reached 99%,the yield of fresh water was up to 70%.The system has remained stable effluent after successful start-up,the produced water quality of reverse osmosis system met the design requirement,which could be used as make-up water of wet desulfurization system.
