摘要
随着科技的发展,三维扫描技术被越来越广泛地应用,三维扫描主要是用于通过对物体结构和外形轮廓进行扫描,来获得扫描目标外形表面的三维坐标。扫描时应用三维激光扫描仪快速地获得扫描目标的外形表面的三维坐标云数据,然后对获得云数据用建模软件进行处理,重新构建物体的三维模型。人工对一些大型的复杂零件进行尺寸测量有一定难度,可以用激光三维扫描仪测量。同时,三维激光扫描仪也可以用于复杂的工作环境。但是,扫描过程会存在各种因素,可能会出现误差,从而对建模造成影响,导致构建出的模型和实体模型有很大偏差。所以,提高扫描精度对于三维扫描具有重要意义。
With the development of science and technology,3D scanning is more and more widely used.3D scanning is mainly used to obtain the 3D coordinates of the surface of the object by scanning the structure and contour of the object.In scanning,3D laser scanner is used to quickly obtain the 3D coordinate cloud data of the external surface of the scanning target,and then the 3D model of the object is reconstructed by modeling software.Some large complex parts,manual size measurement has some difficulty,which can be measured by laser 3D scanner.At the same time,3D laser scanner can also be used in complex working environment.However,there will be various factors in the scanning process,which may lead to errors,which will affect the modeling,resulting in a large deviation between the constructed model and the solid model.Therefore,improving the scanning accuracy is of great significance for 3D scanning.
