高落差竖井的溜管垂直输送隧洞混凝土施工工艺研究及要点控制

摘要 在深埋隧洞混凝土衬砌施工过程中,高落差的竖井采用溜管输送混凝土是一种可以采用的自落式混凝土垂直输送系统。竖井为人工造孔,深埋于地下,落差高,无人工检修空间,又无应急放料口,所以对混凝土拌合物的质量要求高、施工工艺要求严格。针对上述问题,通过不断研究,现场反复试验,并形成了一套完整的竖井高落差溜管输送混凝土施工工艺,文中对其高落差竖井输送混凝土的溜管系统的组成、施工工艺流程、各施工环节的注意事项及控制要点进行了进一步的阐述。目前,这种方法已经在山西小浪底引黄工程(引水干线部分)施工V标隧洞衬砌混凝土施工中得以成功应用。竖井溜管系统垂直落差250 m,落差高度在全国实属首例。 In the construction process of concrete lining of deep buried tunnel,a kind of vertical concrete conveying system by self-falling can be adopted to convey concrete in high drop shaft.The shaft is an artificial hole,buried so deep under the ground with high drop that there is no artificial maintenance space,and no emergency discharge mouth.Requirements are high for the quality of concrete mixture and strict about construction technology.In view of the above problems,through continuous research and repeated field tests,a complete set of construction technology for vertical conveying of concrete with a slide pipe in high drop shaft is formed.This article further expounds the composition,construction process,points for attention and control points of vertical concrete conveying system in high drop shaft.At present,this method has been successfully applied in the lining concrete construction of fifth bid tunnel in Xiaolangdi Yellow River Diversion Project(water diversion trunk line),Shanxi Province.The vertical drops of slide pipe in shaft is 250m,the largest drop in the country is the first case.
