摘要
以国内某大型国际航站楼异形双曲变截面钢结构施工为背景,通过正装法和倒装法两种施工方案进行优化对比,结合现场实际工况及周边环境、施工工期等因素综合考虑,详细阐述了屋面荷花谷钢结构施工方案对施工整体的影响。通过对比,最终决定采用荷花谷钢结构倒序安装施工方法,在节约工期的基础上,极大地节约了施工成本,同时加快了施工进度,为后续玻璃幕墙及金属屋面大吊顶和精装修提前插入施工创造了有利条件。
Taking the construction of special-shaped hyperbolic variable cross-section steel structure of a large domestic international terminal building as the background,the two construction schemes of the forward installation method and the inverted installation method are optimized and compared,and the actual working conditions of the site,the surrounding environment,and the construction period are comprehensively considered.The paper elaborated in detail the influence of the roofing Hehua Valley steel structure construction plan on the overall construction.Through comparison,it was finally decided to adopt the Hehua Valley steel structure reverse installation construction method.On the basis of saving the construction period,it greatly saved the construction cost and accelerated the construction progress.This creates favorable conditions for the subsequent insertion of the glass curtain wall and the large metal roof ceiling and the fine decoration in advance.
