人居环境科学视角下乡村复兴问题研究

Study on the Problems of Rural Revitalization from the Perspective of Human Settlements

习近平总书记在十九大报告中指出,我国社会主要矛盾已经转为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。在新时代大背景和政策驱动下,乡村复兴仍然是焕发乡村内生动力,实现乡村发展振兴的方向。文章运用人居环境科学的理论分析当前乡村复兴规划设计中存在的问题,用综合发展的视角,探索在新时代新型城镇化背景下乡村发展的框架,为中国乡村复兴提供一些参考。

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that the main social contradiction in our country has turned into a contradiction between the people’s growing need for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.Driven by the background and policies of the new era,rural revitalization is still the direction of rejuvenating the rural endogenous power and realizing rural development and revitalization.The paper uses the scientific theory of human settlements to analyze the existing problems in the planning and design of rural revitalization,explores the framework of rural development under the background of new urbanization in the new era from the perspective of comprehensive development,and provides some references for China’s rural revitalization.
