西安市长安区绿色城镇化路径探讨

Discussion on Green Urbanization Path of Chang’an District in Xi’an

绿色城镇化是绿色发展的载体,是实现高质量城镇化的重要方式。西安建设国家中心城市需要不断提升自身竞争力,长安区作为拥有一百多万人口的大区是西安市城镇化发展的重要对象。在“绿树青山就是金山银山”理念的指导下,如何在保障生态安全的情况下实现城镇和乡村自身发展是亟待解决的问题。本文先厘清绿色城镇化的内涵,然后分析长安区城镇化基础条件,梳理其现状问题,最后提出整体发展思路,并从产业、空间、土地等方面研究绿色城镇化的具体路径。

Green urbanization is the carrier of green development and an important way to realize high-quality urbanization.To build Xi’an into a national central city,we need to constantly improve our competitiveness.As a large region with a population of more than 1 million,Chang’an District is an important object of urbanization development in Xi’an.Under the guidance of the concept of“green trees and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains”,how to realize the self-development of towns and villages under the condition of ecological security is an urgent problem to be solved.Firstly,this paper clarifies the connotation of green urbanization.Then it analyzes the basic conditions of urbanization in Chang’an District,combs the current situation and problems,and puts forward the overall development idea.Finally,it studies the specific path of green urbanization from the aspects of industry,space and land.
