党的十九届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于党的百年奋斗重大成就和历史经验的决议》以"党的历史""马克思主义中国化的历史"和"推进理论创新、进行理论创造的历史"这三个"历史"及其内在联系为主线,对中国共产党百年奋斗经历的四个时期取得的伟大成就、对马克思主义中国化发生的三次历史性飞跃及其理论创新和理论创造作出系统阐释。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想作为马克思主义中国化新的飞跃,在新时代新的实践和新的理论探索中形成的"十个明确"和十三个方面的成就,为确立习近平同志党中央的核心、全党的核心地位,确立习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指导地位,提供了充分的实践根据和坚实的理论精髓。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,不仅是马克思主义中国化新的飞跃,也是马克思主义在当今世界发展的新的形态,是21世纪马克思主义。

Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party over the Past Century focuses on the "the history of the Party", "the history of Sinicization of Marxism" and "the history of promoting theoretical innovation and theoretical creation"and their internal relations, and systematically explains the three historical leaps of the Sinicization of Marxism as well as its theoretical creation. Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the new breakthrough of Sinicization of Marxism.
