百年来,党的统一战线工作经历了探索开创与接续发展、全面推进与曲折发展、逐步恢复与蓬勃发展、全方位布局与创新发展四个阶段。在此过程中,党的统一战线理论和政策日益完善、统一战线工作范围和对象不断拓展、统一战线凝聚力和向心力显著增强、统一战线部门职责更加明晰。同时,党的统一战线工作也积累了一系列宝贵经验,包括坚持党对统一战线工作集中统一领导、发挥统一战线服务中心大局重要作用、把握统一战线大团结大联合永恒主题、推动统一战线理论创新与实践创新、加大党外代表人士选拔培养使用等。在新的征程上,应继续坚持和发扬党的统一战线工作的优良传统和宝贵经验,为实现中华民族伟大复兴凝聚起磅礴力量。

The United Front Work of the CPC has gone through four periods in the past hundred years,including the period of explorative creation and continuous development, the period of comprehensive promotion and tortuous development, the period of gradual recovery and vigorous development, and the period of all-round layout and innovative development. In this process, the United Front theory and policy have been increasingly improved, the scope and object of the United Front Work have been continuously expanded, the cohesion and centripetal force of the United Front have been significantly enhanced, and the responsibilities of the United Front departments have become clearer. At the same time, it has also formed a series of valuable historical experiences, including adhering to the centralized and unified leadership of the CPC over the United Front Work, giving full play to the important role of the United Front in serving the national central work,grasping the eternal theme of great unity of the United front, promoting theoretical and practical innovation of the United Front, increasing the selection, training and use of non-party representatives. In the new journey, we should continue to carry forward the fine tradition and valuable experience of the United Front Work, in order to gather great strength for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
