摘要
目的探究哌罗匹隆与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床价值及对患者血清甲状腺激素水平的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2021年6月本院收治的精神分裂症患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组采用哌罗匹隆治疗,观察组采用奥氮平治疗。比较两组用药前及用药4、8、12周疗效和血清甲状腺激素水平。结果用药前,两组BPRS量表评分比较差异无统计学意义;用药4、8、12周,观察组BPRS量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);用药前,两组甲功五项激素水平比较差异无统计学意义;用药4、8、12周后,两组T3水平比较差异无统计学意义,观察组TSH、T4水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),FT3和FT4水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥氮平治疗精神分裂症患者的效果优于哌罗匹隆,可有效调节甲功五项激素水平,促使甲状腺功能改善,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical value of piropiron and olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia and its influence on serum thyroid hormone level.Methods 60 schizophrenic patients in our hospital from March 2020 to June 2021 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with piropiron and the observation group was treated with olanzapine.The curative effect and serum thyroid hormone level were evaluated and compared between two groups before medication,4,8 and 12 weeks.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of BPRS between the two groups before medication;at 4,8 and 12 weeks,the scores of BPRS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of five hormones between the two groups before medication;after 4,8 and 12 weeks,there was no significant difference in T3 levels between the two groups;the TSH and T4 levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of FT3 and FT4 were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia is better than that of piropiron.It can effectively regulate the level of five hormones of thyroid function and promote the improvement of thyroid function.It is worthy of clinical development.
