坦度螺酮联合帕罗西汀治疗癫痫并发焦虑抑郁的疗效

Efficacy of tendospirone combined with paroxetine in epilepsy complicated with anxiety and depression

目的探讨坦度螺酮联合帕罗西汀治疗癫痫并发焦虑抑郁的效果。方法选取本院2018年3月至2019年6月收治的106例癫痫并发焦虑抑郁患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各53例。对照组采取帕罗西汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合坦度螺酮治疗。比较两组临床疗效、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.23%,高于对照组的84.91%(P<0.05);治疗第1、2、4、8周,观察组HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论坦度螺酮联合帕罗西汀能有效提升癫痫并发焦虑抑郁患者的疗效,降低HAMA、HAMD评分,改善患者焦虑抑郁情况,且安全性较高,能有效促进患者恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of tendospirone combined with paroxetine in epilepsy complicated with anxiety and depression.Methods The 106 patients with epilepsy complicated anxiety and depression from March 2018 to June 2019 were divided into observation and control groups according to the randomized digital table, with 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with paroxetine, and the observation group was combined with tendospironone on basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) scores, and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) scores, adverse reactions were compared between the two group. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.23%, which was higher than 84.91% in the control group(P<0.05);at 1, 2, 4, and 8 weeks of treatment, the HAMA score and HAMD score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Tendospirone combined with paroxetine can effectively improve the effect of patients with epilepsy and anxiety depression, reduce HAMA, HAMD score, improve anxiety and depression, have high safety and effectively promote patient recovery.
