丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿加曲班对进展性脑梗死患者血液流变学及神经功能的影响

Effects of butylphthalide soft capsule combined with agtroban on hemorheology and neurological function in patients with progressive cerebral infarction

目的探究丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿加曲班对进展性脑梗死患者血液流变学及神经功能的影响。方法回顾性分析本院收治的86例进展性脑梗死患者的临床资料,将2019年8—12月收治的43例进展性脑梗死患者作为联合组,给予丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿加曲班治疗;将2020年1—5月收治的43例进展性脑梗死患者作为参照组,给予阿加曲班治疗。比较两组神经功能恢复情况、脑血液动力学指标水平。结果治疗前,两组NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后1、7、90 d,联合组NIHSS评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组脑血流动力学指标锋流速、平均流速、锋流速差及平均流速差比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,联合组脑血流动力学指标锋流速、平均流速均高于参照组,锋流速差及平均流速差均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿加曲班治疗进展性脑梗死患者,能显著改善脑血流动力异常的情况,促进患者脑部神经功能的恢复。

Objective To investigate the effects of butylphthalide soft capsule combined with agtroban on hemorheology and neurological function in patients with progressive cerebral infarction. Methods Clinical data of 86 patients with progressive cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. 43 patients with progressive cerebral infarction admitted from August to December 2019 were treated with butylphthalide soft capsule combined with agattroban. 43 patients with progressive cerebral infarction admitted from January to May 2020 were selected as the reference group and treated with agaltreban. The neurological function recovery and cerebral hemodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in NIHSS scores between the two groups. 1, 7, 90 days after treatment, NIHSS score of the combined group were lower than that of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in frontal velocity, mean velocity, frontal velocity difference and mean velocity difference between the two groups. After treatment, the frontal flow velocity, mean flow velocity of the combined group were higher than those of the reference group, frontal flow velocity difference and mean flow velocity difference of the combined group were lower than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of butylphthalide soft capsule combined with agtroban in the treatment of patients with progressive cerebral infarction can significantly improve the situation of abnormal cerebral blood flow dynamics and promote the recovery of brain neurological function.
