腹腔镜下全结肠系膜切除对右半结肠癌根治术患者手术效果的影响

The effect of total mesocolonectomy under laparoscopic surgery on patients undergoing radical resection of right colon cancer

目的探讨腹腔镜下全结肠系膜切除对右半结肠癌根治术患者手术效果的影响。方法选取本院2019年8月至2020年8月收治的右半结肠癌患者100例,按照手术先后时间分为对照组与观察组,各50例。观察组行腹腔镜下CME,对照组行传统开腹CME,比较两组围术期相关指标与手术安全性。结果两组围手术期相关指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右半结肠癌患者采取CME手术治疗效果显著,有助于促进患者康复,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic total mesentery resection(CME) to patients with right colon cancer. Methods 100 patients with right colon cancer treated in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the time of operation, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with CME under laparoscopy, the control group was treated with traditional open CME. The perioperative indicators and surgical safety were compared between two groups. Results There was statistically significant difference in the relevant indicators during the perioperative period between the groups(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with right colon cancer, CME surgery is effective, which helps to promote the recovery of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
