延续性护理对强直性脊柱炎预后的影响

Influence of continuous nursing on prognosis of ankylosing spondylitis

目的探讨延续性护理对强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者预后的影响。方法本研究共纳入200例AS患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组最终纳入97例,对照组纳入92例。对照组患者采用常规护理,实验组给予常规护理联合延续性护理干预。统计分析2组患者基线期及治疗1年后的疾病活动情况、心理状态及生活质量。结果2组患者基线期临床资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1年后,实验组患者生活质量、心理状态的改善程度高于对照组,生物制剂坚持使用率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理虽不能增加AS患者的疾病活动度缓解率,但可显著改善其心理状态、生活质量及预后。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on prognosis of patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS). Methods A total of 200 AS patients were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Ninety-seven cases were eventually in the experimental group and 92 cases were included in the control group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given routine nursing combined with continuous nursing intervention. The disease activity, mental state and quality of life of patients in the baseline period and one year after treatment were statisticallyanalyzed in the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in baseline clinical data between the two groups(P>0.05). After one year of treatment, the improvement degree of quality of life and mental state of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher, and the adherence rate of biological agents was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Although continuous nursing can not increase the remission rate of disease activity in patients with AS, but it can significantly improve their psychological state, quality of life and prognosis.
