酒钢粉矿复合团聚磁种磁化磁选试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 为高效选别酒钢粉矿,进行了复合团聚磁种磁化磁选试验研究。结果表明,酒钢粉矿在磨矿细度-74μm粒级占87.54%、中强磁磁场强度480 kA/m预选后,预选尾矿在六偏磷酸钠浓度100 mg/L、油酸钠浓度80 mg/L、磁种用量3%条件下复合团聚磁种磁化后,在磁场强度320 kA/m下磁选,可获得TFe品位47.27%、回收率77.15%的合格铁精矿,有效实现了酒钢粉矿中含铁矿物的回收。 To efficiently process the powdery ore in JISCO,tests were conducted on magnetic seeding agglomeration and magnetic separation.The fine ore with a fineness of-74μm 87.54%was pre⁃concentrated by a medium⁃intensity magnetic separation at the magnetic field intensity of 480 kA/m.After that,with 100 mg/L sodium hexametaphosphate,80 mg/L sodium oleate,and magnetic seeding with the mass ratio of 3%,the preconcentrated tailings was subjected to a magnetic separation at a magnetic field intensity of 320 kA/m,yielding 77.15%recovery into a qualified iron concentrate grading 47.27%TFe.With this technique,the ferric minerals in JISCO fine ore can be effectively reclaimed.
