摘要
对某低品位铜矿石进行了选矿试验研究。针对铜矿物细粒嵌布特点,开展了细磨及细粒浮选工艺条件试验研究,采用HD⁃2为脉石抑制剂、KMY⁃2为铜捕收剂,经铜硫混浮⁃再磨⁃铜硫分离小型闭路试验,获得了铜品位23.32%、铜回收率78.45%的铜精矿。
A mineral processing test was conducted for a low⁃grade copper ore.According to the characteristics of fine⁃grain dissemination of copper minerals,processing conditions for fine grinding and fine⁃grain flotation were studied.With HD⁃2 as the gangue depressant and KMY⁃2 as the copper collector,a lab⁃scale closed⁃circuit flowsheet consisting of Cu⁃S bulk flotation,regrinding and Cu/S separation can result in 78.45%Cu recovery to a copper concentrate grading 23.32%Cu.
