葡萄环境激素污染的研究进展

Research Progress on Environmental Hormones in Grapes

环境激素类污染物是农产品质量安全的重要风险因子之一。为了解我国葡萄中的环境激素污染现状,文章综述了葡萄中邻苯二甲酸酯、农药、植物生长调节剂和重金属类污染物的研究进展,结果表明:我国葡萄中的环境激素污染目前处于低风险状态,建议开展环境激素污染在农作物中的迁移、积累、转化机理研究、完善植物生长调节剂残留限量值以及开展多种环境激素共存下的联合风险研究。

Environmental hormone pollutants are important risk factors in the quality and safety of agricultural products.In order to understand the research progress of environmental hormone pollutions,this paper reviewed the research progress of phthalates,pesticides,plant growth regulators and heavy metal pollutants in grapes in China.The results showed that environmental hormone pollution risk was low in grapes.The paper made several recommendations,including the migration,accumulation and transformation mechanism of environmental hormone pollution in crops,perfection of the recommended maximum residue limits of plant growth regulators and the compound risk which arised from several co-existent environmental hormone pollutions.
