有氧糖酵解在脑胶质瘤中作用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 胶质瘤细胞在常氧或低氧条件下,通过糖酵解方式提供能量,称为有氧糖酵解或瓦博格效应。己糖激酶、磷酸果糖激酶-1、丙酮酸激酶是有氧糖酵解过程的关键限速酶,在脑胶质瘤细胞生长过程中呈高表达,与胶质瘤细胞恶性程度呈正相关,对胶质瘤细胞迁移、侵袭、增殖等起促进作用,但具体机制尚不明确。本文就有氧糖酵解关键酶在胶质瘤细胞增殖、迁移、浸润中作用的研究进展作一综述。 Glioma cells provide energy through glycolysis under normoxic or hypoxic conditions, which is called aerobic glycolysis or Warburg effect. Hexokinase, phosphofructokinase-1 and pyruvate kinase are the key rate-limiting enzymes in aerobic glycolysis. In the process of tumor cell growth, it is highly expressed in brain glioma cells by adjusting the upper limit of the rate of enzymes, which is positively correlated with the malignancy of glioma cells, and promotes the migration, invasion and proliferation of glioma cells, but the specific mechanism is not clear. This paper reviews the research progress of the role of key enzymes of aerobic glycolysis in the proliferation, migration and infiltration of glioma cells.
