基于BOPPPS教学模式在神经内科临床教学查房中的应用探索 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨BOPPPS教学模式在神经内科临床教学查房中的应用效果。方法选择2020年11月—2021年1月在齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院神经内三科进行临床见习的临床医学专业五年制学生为教学对象随机分为两组:BOPPPS教学模式作为研究组(n=30)和传统教学模式作为对照组(n=30),3个月后分别对两组进行理论知识的笔试与问答、临床技能操作考核以及调查问卷的形式进行综合评分。结果观察组学生在理论知识的笔试与问答、临床技能操作考核以及调查问卷方面的综合评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生在自主学习与善于思考方面、临床思维能力、医患沟通以及学习效率上均明显提高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经内科教学查房中应用BOPPPS教学模式能够有效地提高实习学生的学习效率以及教学质量,培养学生自主学习、独立思考的能力。 Objective To explore the application effect of BOPPPS teaching model in neurology clinical teaching rounds.Methods From November 2020 to January 2021,five-year clinical medicine students who were undergoing clinical probation in the Third Department of Neurology in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College were selected as the teaching objects and randomly divided into two groups:BOPPPS teaching model as the experimental group(n=30)and the traditional teaching model as the control group(n=30).Three months later,the two groups were comprehensively scored in the form of written examinations and question-and-answers on theoretical knowledge,clinical skills operation assessment,and questionnaires.Results The comprehensive scores of the students in the observation group in the written examination and question-and-answer of theoretical knowledge,clinical skills operation assessment and questionnaires were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The students in the observation group were significantly improved in autonomous learning and good thinking,clinical thinking ability,doctor-patient communication,and learning efficiency,which were significantly different from the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of BOPPPS teaching model in neurology teaching rounds can effectively improve the learning efficiency and teaching quality of intern students,and cultivate students'independent learning and independent thinking ability.
