地级市三甲医院手术室护理人力资源配置优化改革的探讨

Discussion on Optimization and Reform of Nursing Human Resources Allocation in Operating Rooms of Tertiary Hospitals in Prefecture-level Cities

目的针对手术室护理人力资源管理及其优化改革结果进行探究。方法2020年该院通过对每月实践手术量、每台手术工作时长、每年总工时等方面进行分析,结合现场调研,对不同手术室手术对护士人力进行测算,给予了手术室护理人力资源合理的配置和科学的管理,从科室人员排班、建立调度中心、流程改善、完善激励机制等方面观察分析管理情况。结果对比2019年与2020年不同时期手术室护士配置,优化改革后,手术室人力资源配置即完成了医院任务,提升资源利用效率,医患群体对手术室护理工作也持有较高的满意度。结论手术室护理人力资源配置优化改革有助于创建护理人力资源调配动态平衡局面,该法值得进一步推广。

Objective Investigate the resource management of nursing staff in the operating room and the results of optimization reforms.Methods In 2020,the hospital will analyze the number of monthly operations,the length of each operation,and the total annual working hours.Combined with on-site investigations,the nurse manpower was calculated for different operating room surgeries,which gave the operating room a reasonable allocation and scientific management of nursing human resources.It was carried out from the aspects of department staff scheduling,establishment of dispatching center,process improvement,and improvement of incentive mechanisms to observe and analyze the management situation.Results Comparing the allocation of nurses in operating rooms in different periods in 2019 and 2020,after optimizing the reform,the allocation of human resources in operating rooms has completed the hospital's tasks and improved the efficiency of resource utilization.The group of doctors and patients also has a high degree of satisfaction with the nursing work in the operating room.Conclusion The optimization and reform of nursing human resource allocation in operating room can help to create a dynamic balance of nursing human resource allocation.This method is worthy of further promotion.
