摘要
目的探讨系统化培训在住院医师规范化培训师资培训工作中产生的作用及影响。方法在2018年9月—2019年9月期间,研究对象接受常规培训,共计32名,该组被命名为参考组;在2019年10月—2020年10月期间,研究对象接受系统化培训方法,同样共32名,该组被命名为观察组。针对两组师资培训效果做出比较分析。结果培训后,观察组教学查房、穿刺技术及无菌技术、徒手心肺复苏均显著高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);规范化流程、情境教学案例均较参考组显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总满意度显著较参考组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在住院医师规范化培训师资培训过程中,应用系统化培训方法效果显著,适合推广。
Objective To explore the role and influence of systematic training in the standardized training of resident doctors and teachers.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,the study subjects received regular training,a total of 32 people,and the group was named the reference group.During the period from October 2019 to October 2020,the research subjects received systematic training methods,there were also a total of 32 subjects,the group was named the observation group.Maked a comparative analysis on the effect of the two groups of teacher training.Results After training,the observation group's teaching rounds,puncture technique and aseptic technique,and manual cardiopulmonary resuscitation were significantly higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The standardized processes and situational teaching cases were significantly higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of standardized training of resident doctors,the application of systematic training methods has a significant effect and is suitable for promotion.
