基于公立医院绩效考核探讨其对医院管理持续改进的影响 被引量:1

Discuss Its Influence on the Continuous Improvement of Hospital Management Based on the Performance Appraisal of Public Hospitals

摘要 目的探究公立医院绩效考核对医院管理的持续改进的影响。方法根据《国家三级公关立医院绩效考核操作手册》相关内容,并结合该院实际状况,将近年绩效考核过程及取得的成效予以进一步研究,随机抽取2018年1月—2020年1月各年限的300例患者及200名职工,探究绩效考核对医院职工与患者满意度、医疗工作指标环比变化情况及医疗服务管理能力的影响。结果患者及职工满意度于绩效考核改革后不断提升,2018年1月—2020年1月满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经绩效考核在医院管理过程中的持续改进,工作效率及相关任务持续增长,门诊数量于持续改进过程中呈现下降趋势,手术量及出院人次进一步增长,门诊及住院药占比不断下降。结论通过绩效考核标准的不断更新,可不断调动医护人员工作积极性,使医院管理得到持续性改进,促进其可持续性发展。 Objective To explore the impact of public hospital performance appraisal on the continuous improvement of hospital management.Methods Based on the contents of the"National Three-level Public Relations Hospital Performance Evaluation Operation Manual"and combined with the actual situation of the hospital,and further studies the performance evaluation process and results achieved in recent years.Randomly selected 300 patients and 200 employees from January 2018 to January 2020 of each year to explore the impact of performance appraisal on hospital employees and patient satisfaction,the change of medical work indicators and the medical service management capabilities.Results The satisfaction of patients and employees has been continuously improved after the performance appraisal reform,and the comparison of satisfaction from January 2018 to January 2020,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the continuous improvement of performance appraisal in the hospital management process,work efficiency and related tasks continue to grow.The number of outpatient clinics has shown a downward trend in the process of continuous improvement,the number of operations and the number of discharged patients has further increased,and the proportion of outpatient and inpatient drugs has continued to decline.Conclusion Through the continuous updating of performance appraisal standards,the enthusiasm of medical staff can be continuously mobilized,so that hospital management can be continuously improved,and its sustainable development can be promoted.
