质量控制在血液透析护理管理中的应用

Application of Quality Control in Hemodialysis Nursing Management

目的讨论质量控制在血液透析护理管理中的应用效果。方法随机选取2019年6月—2020年6月期间在该院进行血液透析治疗的患者作为该次研究对象,共计纳入106例,以随机数字法将其分观察组和对照组,每组均纳入53例。对照组患者在血液净化治疗过程中采取常规护理管理方案,观察组则在对照组基础之上进行质量控制,观察两组患者治疗不良反应、治疗环境样本监测合格率、护理质量以及护理满意度的评价。结果①观察组患者透析用水合格率为99.61%,高于对照组的93.46%,观察组患者透析液合格率为97.69%,高于对照组的90.38%、空气合格率高于对照组、护理人员手卫生合格率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组患者的不良反应发生率为1.88%,明显低于对照组的15.09%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.949,P=0.014);③观察组患者对护理人员的护理态度、护理操作、护理体验和护理满意度总评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论质量控制在血液透析护理管理中得到了较好的护理管理效果,有效地保证了患者治疗环境,提升了护理质量,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To discuss the application effect of quality control in hemodialysis nursing management.Methods Randomly selected patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment in the hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 as the subjects of this study,a total of 106 cases were enrolled,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number method,each group 53 cases.Patients in the control group adopted routine nursing management programs during the blood purification treatment,while the observation group performed quality control on the basis of the control group.The adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were observed,the qualification rate of the treatment environment sample monitoring,the quality of care and the satisfaction degree of care were observed.Results 1.The qualified rate of dialysis water in the observation group was 99.61% higher than 93.46% of the control group,the qualified rate of dialysis water in the observation group was 97.69% higher than 90.38% in the control group,the air qualification rate was higher than the control group,the hand hygiene qualification rate of nursing staff was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.88%,which was significantly lower than 15.09% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.949,P=0.014).3.The total scores of nursing attitude,nursing operation,nursing experience,and nursing satisfaction of patienes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control has achieved good nursing management effects in hemodialysis nursing management.It effectively guarantees the patient's treatment environment and improves the quality of care.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
