关于精细化管理在医学检验分析前阶段的应用分析

On the Application Analysis of Fine Management in the Pre-analysis Stage of Medical Laboratory

目的为降低该院检验标本的不合格率,了解院内标本分析前阶段存在的工作问题,在院实施精细化管理,并探究其应用价值。方法于2020年3月—2021年3月对该院456名护理人员实施精细化管理,找出既往检验分析前阶段工作中存在的问题,以及出现不合格标本的具体因素,对其进行精细化管理,对比实施前后标本合格情况。结果实施后该院标本合格率要明显高于实施前;实施后该院检验分析前阶段工作人员的工作效率显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经过精细化管理实践后,该院检验标本合格率有了明显提高,且提出了有效的标本缺陷率管理措施,重新规范了该院标本采集到送检工作流程,对提高该院检验分析前阶段工作效率有积极作用。

Objective To reduce the unqualified rate of inspection specimens in the hospital,to understand the problems existing in the pre-analysis of specimens in the hospital,to implement refined management in the hospital,and to explore its application value.Methods From March 2020 to March 2021,a refined management of 456 nursing staff in the hospital was implemented.Find out the problems that existed in the previous stage of inspection and analysis,as well as the specific factors of unqualified specimens,and carry out refined management.Compared the eligibility of specimens before and after implementation.Results After the implementation,the sample qualification rate in the hospital was significantly higher than before the implementation,after the implementation,the work efficiency of the staff in the pre-analysis stage of the hospital has been significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After this refined management practice,the qualified rate of test specimens in our hospital has been significantly improved.In addition,effective specimen defect rate management measures have been put forward,and the work flow from specimen collection to submission for inspection in the hospital has been re-standardized,which has a positive effect on improving the work efficiency of the hospital in the preliminary stage of inspection and analysis.
