静脉用药调配中心风险管理的研究及应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨静配中心(PIVAS)实施风险管理的措施及实施效果。方法该院于2021年1月对PIVAS实施加大风险防控管理,统计实施前(2020年7—12月)、实施后(2021年1—6月)的用药不良事件发生情况及该院17个科室对工作满意度差异。结果实施后用药不良事件发生率0.02%(40/198659)较实施前0.08%(175/219289)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后各科室工作满意度94.10%(16/17)较实施前52.90%(9/17)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静配中心实施风险管理利于增强各环节质量控制,增强应急处置能力,降低静脉输液药物配制不良事件发生,能够保证用药安全,提高科室工作满意度,值得基层同行借鉴。 Objective To discuss the measures and effects of risk management implemented by PIVAS.Methods The hospital implemented increased risk prevention and control management on PIVAS in January 2021.Statistics on the occurrence of adverse drug events before implementation(July to December 2020)and after implementation(January to June 2021)and the difference in job satisfaction among the 17 departments of the hospital.Results After the implementation,the adverse event rate of medication was 0.02%(40/198659)lower than 0.08%(175/219289)before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the implementation,the job satisfaction rate of each department was 94.10%(16/17).Before implementation,52.90%(9/17)was high,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of risk management in the intravenous dispensing center is conducive to enhancing the quality control of all links,enhancing emergency response capabilities,reducing the occurrence of adverse events in intravenous infusion drug preparation,ensuring drug safety,and improving department job satisfaction.It is worth learning from grassroots peers.
