情景体验式教学在脑卒中患者护理教学中的应用及可行性分析

摘要 目的探究在脑卒中患者护理教学中施行情景体验式教学的效果及可行性。方法借助随机数表法将衡阳市中医医院2018年5月—2019年5月82名护理实习生分为对照组(41名,施行传统教学法)、观察组(41名,施行情景体验式教学法)。对比两组考核成绩、共情能力评分、综合实习能力评分、课堂氛围评分及满意度。结果①在理论知识考核及护理技能考核得分方面,观察组实习生均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组实习生共情能力评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③观察组实习生临床思维、分析解决问题、人文关怀、语言沟通及团队协作能力得分均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④观察组实习生课堂氛围评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);⑤观察组实习生满意度(97.56%)较对照组(80.49%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中患者护理教学中施行情景体验式教学模式十分可行,不仅有助于实习生掌握理论及护理技能知识,还有助于增加其共情能力,且课堂氛围更轻松。 Objective To explore the effect and feasibility of implementing situational experience teaching in the nursing teaching of stroke patients.Methods Using the random number table method,82 nursing interns from May 2018 to May 2019 in Hengyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were divided into a control group(41,using traditional teaching methods)and an observation group(41,using situational experience teaching).Compared the two groups'assessment scores,empathy scores,comprehensive internship scores,classroom atmosphere scores and satisfaction.Results 1.In terms of the scores of theoretical knowledge assessment and nursing skills assessment,the interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The empathy ability scores of the interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The scores of clinical thinking,analytical problem solving,humanistic care,language communication and teamwork ability of the interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The class atmosphere scores of the interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The satisfaction degree of interns in the observation group(97.56%)was higher than that of the control group(80.49%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is very feasible to implement situational experience teaching mode in the nursing teaching of stroke patients.It not only helps interns master the theory and nursing skills knowledge,but also helps to increase their empathy ability,and the classroom atmosphere is more relaxed.
