摘要
目的分析病案分组讨论教学法在心电图带教中的应用效果。方法研究样本选取2019年3月—2021年2月间于该院心电图科实习的82名学生。利用整群随机化分组法将其等分为探究组、参照组,其中参照组41例实施常规教学法,探究组41名开展病案分组讨论教学法。比较两组学习积极性、教学满意率、考核成绩。结果探究组学生学习积极性(97.56%)相较于参照组明显更高,探究组学生综合素质、心电图操作、心电图知识、科室评分、学生互评得分等均高于参照组,参照组教学满意率相较于探究组(97.56%)明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病案分组讨论教学法在心电图带教中应用能够有效提高学生学习积极性,使学习成绩和教学满意度得以提升,适合在临床中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of group discussion teaching method of medical records in ECG teaching.Methods The study sample selected 82 students who had practiced in the ECG department of the hospital from March 2019 to February 2021.Using the cluster randomization grouping method,they were equally divided into an inquiry group and a reference group.Among them,41 cases in the reference group implemented conventional teaching methods,and 41 cases in the exploration group carried out medical record group discussion teaching methods.Compared the two groups'learning enthusiasm,teaching satisfaction rate,and assessment results.Results The study enthusiasm(97.56%)of the students in the exploration group was significantly higher than that in the reference group.The comprehensive quality,ECG operation,ECG knowledge,department scores,and student mutual evaluation scores of the students in the exploration group were higher than those in the reference group,the teaching satisfaction rate of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the inquiry group(97.56%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of medical record group discussion teaching method in ECG teaching can effectively improve students'learning enthusiasm,improve academic performance and teaching satisfaction,and is suitable for clinical application.
