儿科急诊门诊临床实习教学中儿童早期预警评分的应用

摘要 目的分析儿童早期预警评分应用在儿科急诊门诊临床实习教学中的实施效果。方法于2019年11月—2020年11月选取儿科急诊门诊临床实习生60名,通过随机数字表法分为两组,一组为常规组,选用常规带教方法,组内30名实习生;另一组为观察组,运用儿童早期预警评分开展带教工作,组内同30名实习生;对比两组教学效果。结果观察组表达沟通能力、分析问题能力、自主学习能力、团队协作能力、解决问题能力评分结果较常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其带教总满意度同样明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且理论知识、实践技能、综合能力评分结果均显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科急诊门诊临床实习教学工作开展过程中,通过应用儿童早期预警评分可以显著改善带教效果,且带教满意度明显更优,因此适合推广普及。 Objective To analyze the implementation effect of early warning scoring for children in clinical practice teaching in pediatric emergency outpatient department.Methods 60 cases of the study were clinical interns in the pediatric emergency department from November 2019 and November 2020,and a total of 60 were enrolled.Divided into two groups by random number table method,one group was the conventional group,and the regular teaching method was selected,30 students in the group.The other group was the observation group,using the early warning scores for children to carry out teaching work,and 30 people in the group.Compared the teaching effects of the two groups.Results The observation group's expression and communication ability,problem analysis ability,independent learning ability,teamwork ability,and problem-solving ability scores were significantly higher than those of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of the teaching staff was also significantly higher than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and comprehensive ability were significantly higher than those of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the development of clinical practice teaching in the pediatric emergency outpatient department,the application of early warning scores in children can significantly improve the teaching effect,and the teaching satisfaction is significantly better,so it is suitable for popularization.
