情景模拟教学在整形美容临床本科实习带教中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析情景模拟教学在整形美容临床本科实习带教中的应用效果。方法2020年7月—2021年7月选取于该院整形美容科进行临床实习的本科学生40名进行分析。按照随机抽签分组法将其分成两个小组。研究组实习生应用传统教学模式,研究组实习生应用情景模拟教学。分析两组带教效果。结果带教后,参照组实习生的考核成绩较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习生的临床工作能力较参照组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习生的带教满意度较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对整形美容临床本科实习生进行带教时,应用情景模拟教学能够丰富临床本科实习生的专业知识,锻炼其临床工作能力,提高带教满意度,建议应用。 Objective To analyze the application effect of scenario simulation teaching in the undergraduate clinical practice teaching of plastic surgery and cosmetology.Methods 40 undergraduate students who had undergone clinical practice in the Plastic Surgery Department of the hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected for analysis.Divided them into two groups according to the random lottery grouping method.The interns in the reference group applied traditional teaching mode,and the interns in the study group applied scenario simulation teaching.Analyzed the teaching effect of the two groups.Results After teaching,the evaluation scores of the study group of interns were higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical work ability of interns in the study group was better than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of interns in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When teaching clinical undergraduates of plastic surgery and cosmetology,the application of scenario simulation teaching can enrich the professional knowledge of clinical undergraduates,exercise their clinical work ability,and improve the satisfaction of teaching,w hich is suggested to be applied.
