农民创业:农村创业环境对创业者满意度的影响研究--基于浙江甬舟地区236份农户创业调查的实证研究

Farmer Entrepreneurship:The Impact of Rural Entrepreneurship Environment on Entrepreneurs’Satisfaction:An Empirical Study Based on 236 Household Entrepreneurship Surveys in Yongzhou Area of Zhejiang

通过浙江省甬舟地区农民问卷调查数据,采用因子分析法,实证研究农民创业环境满意度及影响因素,以期得出农民对于创业环境满意度的总体情况以及关键影响因素的识别。结果表明:总体上,农民对农村创业环境满意情况一般,满意度最高的是资源环境和家庭环境,满意度最低的是基础设施环境;政策环境和基础设施环境是影响农民对于创业环境满意度最主要的两大因子;高昂的生产要素及成本价格和自身专业技能的不足是影响甬舟地区农民创业满意度的两大关键因素。

Based on the questionnaire survey data of farmers in Yongzhou area of Zhejiang Province,this paper uses factor analysis method and multiple linear regression model to make an empirical study on farmers’entrepreneurial environment satisfaction and its influencing factors,in order to obtain the overall situation of farmers’satisfaction with entrepreneurial environment and identify the key influencing factors.The results show that:on the whole,farmers are generally satisfied with the rural entrepreneurial environment,the highest satisfaction is resource environment and family environment,and the lowest satisfaction is infrastructure environment;policy environment and infrastructure environment are the two main factors that affect farmers’satisfaction with entrepreneurial environment;the high cost of production factors and the lack of professional skills are the two key factors affecting farmers’entrepreneurial satisfaction in Yongzhou area.
