摘要
将高吸水性树脂自养护剂掺入水泥稳定碎石混合料中,通过力学性能测试以及有限元软件Midas GTS NX研究了自养护剂对路面结构层竖向变形的影响。结果表明:在自养护剂的掺量为水泥质量的0.2%时,水泥稳定碎石基层后期的压缩、拉伸强度及抗冻性达到最大,压缩回弹模量符合要求。自养护剂的掺入提高了路面结构的抗变形能力。
The super absorbent resin autotrophic agent was mixed into the cement stabilized macadam mixture,and the effect of the autotrophic agent on the vertical deformation of the pavement structure layer was studied through the mechanical performance test and the finite element software Midas GTS NX.The results showed that when the autotrophic agent dosage was 0.2%of the cement mass,the compression,tensile strength and frost resistance of the cement stabilized macadam base layer in the later stage reached the maximum,and the compressive elastic modulus met the requirements.The resistance to deformation of the pavement structure was improved by the incorporation of autotrophic agent.
