增韧剂对干式变压器用环氧浇注料性能的影响

Effect of toughening agent on the properties of epoxy resin casting materials for dry-type transformer

摘要 通过力学性能、热性能、电性能测试及电镜分析研究了自制改性增韧剂对干式变压器用环氧浇注料性能的影响。结果表明,增韧剂用量为树脂质量的15%时,固化体系的力学性能最好。增韧剂加入量增大,固化体系的玻璃化温度降低,表面电阻、体积电阻率略有下降,介质损耗因子明显升高。 The effect of the self-made modified toughening agent on the properties of epoxy casting material for dry-type transformers was investigated by mechanical property,thermal property,and electrical property tests and electron microscopy analysis. The results showed that when the amount of toughening agent was 15% of the resin mass,the mechanical properties of the cured system were the best.With the increase of toughening agent amount,the glass transition temperature of the cured system was decreased,the surface resistance and volume resistivity were decreased slightly,and the dielectric loss factor was increased significantly.
