摘要
通信业务数据量的爆发式增长使得有限的频谱资源愈发紧张,如何高效的分配、管理、使用频谱资源是通信领域重要的研究课题之一。调制识别技术是实现频谱资源监测、管理的重要技术手段。无论是在军用还是在民用领域,研究调制识别都具有十分重要的意义。首先,回顾了调制识别研究的主要内容;其次,基于大量国内外高水平文献,分析了调制识别的研究现状,重点评述了基于深度学习的调制识别方法,指出当前研究方法的优势与不足;最后,对调制识别未来发展方向从理论创新和工程应用两个方面进行展望。
The explosive growth of communication service data has made limited spectrum resources more and more tense. How to efficiently allocate, manage, and use spectrum resources is one of the important research topics in the communication field. Modulation recognition technology is an important technical means to realize spectrum resource monitoring and management. Whether in the military or civilian fields, the research on modulation recognition is of great significance. First, the main content of modulation recognition research is reviewed. Secondly, based on a large number of high-level domestic and foreign documents, the current research status of modulation recognition is analyzed, and the modulation recognition method based on deep learning is reviewed, and the advantages and disadvantages of current research methods are pointed out. Finally, the future development direction of modulation recognition is prospected from two aspects: theoretical innovation and engineering application.
