摘要
机械发泡温拌沥青技术是一种低碳、环保且投入成本低的绿色施工技术。依托贵州省兴义环城高速公路建设项目,对所采用的沥青进行了发泡试验并确定其发泡参数,对上中下面层3种不同级配的沥青混合料分别进行了热拌与温拌沥青混合料路用性能对比试验。实体工程施工试验结果表明,所用的基质及改性沥青均满足发泡要求,3种不同级配的温拌沥青混合料性能与相应的热拌沥青混合料相当,均满足规范要求。施工温度较热拌沥青混合料降低20℃左右,节能减排效果显著。工后检测结果显示,路面压实度、渗水系数等满足要求,施工效果良好。
Mechanical foaming warm-mix asphalt technology is a low-carbon,environment friendly and low-cost green construction technology.Based on Guizhou Province Xingyi Beltbway constructhion project,conducted a foaming test on selected asphalt and determined its foaming parameters.The performance comparison tests of hot and warm mix asphalt mixtures are carried out on three asphalt mixtures of upper,middle and lower layers.The engineering construction tests results show tests used matrix and modified asphalt meet the foaming requirements The performance of warm-mix asphalt mixture is equivalent to hot-mix asphalt mixture,and both meet the specification requirements.The construction temperature is about 20℃ lower than that of hot-mix asphalt mixture.Warm mixing technology has significant effects on energy saving and emdission reduction.After construction test results show pavement compactness and water seepage coefficient satdisfied the requirements,and construction effect is good.
