摘要
磷酸二酯酶(PDE)是一类能够水解环核苷酸的酶,由11个基因相关的同工酶家族(PDE1~PDE11)组成,由于其同工酶的多样性,PDE不仅在不同的细胞和亚细胞中均有分布,且可调控不同的胞内信号,成为胞内信号通路中重要的靶点。研究表明,PDE抑制剂在调节胃肠动力和相关胃肠疾病中发挥重要作用。本文就PDE抑制剂在胃肠道中的作用和研究进展作一综述。
Phosphodiesterases( PDE) are a group of enzymes that can hydrolyze cyclic nucleotides. It is composed of11 gene related isozyme families( PDE1-PDE11). Due to the diversity of isozymes,PDE distribute in different cells and sub-cells,regulate different intracellular signals and become an important target in intracellular signal pathway. Studies have shown that PDE inhibitor plays an important role in the regulation of gastrointestinal motility and related gastrointestinal diseases. This article reviewed the role and research progress of PDE inhibitor in gastrointestinal tract.
