亚稀褶红菇对SD大鼠急性毒性作用观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究亚稀褶红菇对SD大鼠的急性毒性损伤。方法40只SD大鼠按体重随机分为4组,分别设为亚稀褶红菇625 mg/kg BW、1250 mg/kg BW、2500 mg/kg BW剂量组和阴性对照组(等体积生理盐水),雌雄各半,腹腔注射亚稀褶红菇水提取液,观察并记录大鼠的毒性反应,腹腔注射后第24 h采血,测定血常规、血生化指标,取心、肝、脾、肺、肾进行病理检查。结果亚稀褶红菇腹腔注射SD大鼠,2500 mg/kg BW剂量组雌雄大鼠染毒后24 h血清肌红蛋白(Mb)值以及超敏肌钙蛋白i(cTnI)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)、羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)与阴性组比较显著升高,谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、尿素(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)亦高于阴性组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病理检查可见心、肝、肾病变程度随着亚稀褶红菇剂量加大而加重。结论在本实验条件下,亚稀褶红菇对SD大鼠有明显毒性,可引起横纹肌溶解、心肌损伤,并有肝、肾组织损伤。 Objective To study the acute toxicity of russula subnigricans in SD rats.Methods Forty SD rats were randomly divided into 4 russula subnigricans dose groups(625,1250,2500 mg/kg BW),and negative control group(constant volume of N.S.),each group included 5 females and 5 males.The groups were in traperitoneally injected with water extract of russula subnigricans.Then the toxicity reaction of the rats were observed and recorded.Blood was collected at the 24 th hour after exposure,blood routine and biochemical indicators were measured,and heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney were taken for pathological examination.Results Serum Mb value and cTnI,LDH,HBDH,CK,CKMB were significantly increased 24 h after intraperitoneal injection of 2500 mg/kg BW in rats.ALT,AST,BUN and Cr were also higer than the negative group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pathological examination showed that the heart,liver,and kidney lesions aggravated as the dose of russula subnigricans increased.Conclusion Under the experimental conditions,russula subnigricans has obvious toxicity to SD rats,which can cause rhabdomyolysis,cardiomyocyte damage,liver and kidney tissue damage.
