2008—2019年某大型漆包线企业职业病危害因素检测结果分析

摘要 目的了解铜陵市某大型漆包线企业车间内工作场所苯系物浓度,初步评估职业接触人群外暴露水平,为企业进行职业危害防治提供参考依据。方法收集2008—2019年对某大型漆包线企业作业场所苯系物、酚类、烷烃类等化学毒物的检测结果,分析评估漆包线职业人群外暴露水平。结果2008—2019年漆包线企业生产车间内苯C_(TWA)平均值为(3.20±3.97)mg/m^(3),甲苯C_(TWA)平均值为(0.75±0.80)mg/m^(3),二甲苯C_(TWA)平均值为(1.94±1.10)mg/m^(3),苯酚C_(TWA)平均值为(0.16±0.09)mg/m^(3),甲酚C_(TWA)平均值为(0.66±0.25)mg/m^(3)。苯系物总检出率为57.30%,其中苯检出率、超标率均最高,分别为54.30%、19.27%。苯CSTEL最大值为75.7 mg/m^(3),C_(TWA)最大值为16.41 mg/m^(3),分别超出国家卫生标准7.57倍和2.74倍,超标样品数为100个,苯超标严重。甲苯、二甲苯最大检出率分别为16.67%、14.29%。苯酚、甲酚、环己烷检出率均较高。结论漆包线企业作业场所内存在的职业病危害因素有苯、甲苯、二甲苯、酚类、烃类等,职业人群长期处在低浓度暴露水平。 Objective To understand the concentration of benzene series in the workplace of enameled wire enterprises in Tongling city,and to preliminarily evaluate the exposure level of occupational exposed people,so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of occupational hazards in enterprises.Methods The detection results of benzene series,phe⁃nols,alkanes and other chemical toxicants in workplaces of enameled wire enterprises from 2008 to 2019 were collected,and the external exposure level of professional population of enameled wire was analyzed and evaluated.Results The aver⁃age value of benzene C_(TWA),toluene C_(TWA),xylene C_(TWA),phenol C-twa and cresol C_(TWA)were 3.20±3.97 mg/m^(3),0.75±0.80 mg/m^(3),1.94±1.10 mg/m^(3),0.16±0.09 mg/m^(3),0.66±0.25 mg/m^(3),respectively.The total detection rate of ben⁃zene series was 57.3%,among which benzene detection rate and over standard rate were the highest,54.3%and 19.27%respectively.The maximum value of benzene CSTEL was 75.7mg/m^(3),and the maximum value of C_(TWA)was 16.41mg/m^(3),which were 7.57 times and 2.74 times higher than the national health standard,respectively.The number of samples excee⁃ding the standard was 100,and benzene exceeded the standard seriously.The maximum detection rates of toluene and xy⁃lene were 16.67%and 14.29%,respectively.The detection rates of phenol,cresol and cyclohexane were all high.Conclu⁃sion Benzene,toluene,xylene,phenols,hydrocarbons and other occupational hazards exist in the workplaces of enam⁃eled wire enterprises in Tongling City.The occupational population has been exposed to low concentration for a long time.
