印制电路板微钻精密数控高速磨削装备关键技术发展现状

摘要 对国内外印制电路板微钻精密数控高速磨削装备产品性能进行了分析对比,介绍了印制电路板微钻精密数控高速磨削装备的主要类别、关键结构及其研究现状,并提出未来印制电路板微钻精密数控高速磨削装备发展趋势。用于生产印制电路板微钻(直径小于或等于0.2 mm)的国产精密数控高速磨削装备产品的精度、稳定性和效率相比进口设备还有一定差距,差距主要体现在多工位结构、主轴和砂轮,确保主轴可靠性和稳定性、磨削砂轮的性能是解决目前印制电路板微钻精密数控高速磨削难点的燃眉之急。微钻精密数控高速磨削装备主要包括外圆磨床和磨槽磨尖机床,阐述了多工位结构、磨削砂轮、主轴系统、进给系统对微钻精密高速数控磨削装备性能的影响,未来印制电路板微钻精密数控高速磨削装备将朝着高稳定性、高效、集成、智能化和具备在线监测、状态监测功能方向发展。 The performance of printed circuit board(PCB) micro drill precision CNC high-speed grinding equipment at home and abroad was analyzed and compared.The main categories of PCB micro drill precision CNC high-speed grinding equipment were introduced.The key structures PCB micro drill precision CNC high-speed grinding equipment and their research status were analyzed.The development trend of PCB micro drill precision CNC high-speed grinding equipment in the future was put forward.The precision,stability,and efficiency of domestic precision CNC high-speed grinding equipment for making micro PCB drill(diameter below 0.2 mm) are still far behind those of imported equipment.The gap is mainly reflected in themulti-station structure,spindle,and grinding wheel.Therefore,it is urgent to ensure the reliability and stability of the spindle and the performance of the grinding wheel to solve the difficulties of PCB micro drill precision CNC high-speed grinding equipment.PCB micro drill precision CNC high-speed grinding equipment mainly includes cylindrical grinding equipment and cutting tool grinding equipment.The influence on the performance of CNC grinding equipment and their research status of multi-station structure,grinding wheel,spindle system,and feed system were described in detail.In the future,PCB micro drill precision CNC high speed grinding equipment will develop towards high stability,high efficiency,integration,intelligence,and online monitoring and condition monitoring.
